Okay, so it's pretty much like a Panera, but cafeteria style. You walk into the store and right away you have samples to try even before you order. But not just some bread samples, they have a pesto spread to try out and some cookies as well. I ordered the California Turkey sandwich - so good. I absolutely HATE mayonnaise, but the spread they put on my sandwich was a pesto mayo which was surprisingly really good. If you walk by the soups and salads, you definitely want to order one. But by the time I made my way over there I had already ordered my sandwich - so next time. But they looked amazing. And the cookies? Holy crap. Those things are good. The snickerdoodles are incredibly fresh and fantastic, and the coconut chocolate chip cookies are awesome. This place has an overall feel of a nice cafeteria, with high ceilings and far more seating than you'd readily assume. The people there are friendly, but not annoying. I'll have to come back at least two more times to try out the salads and soups. If you just want a treat, seriously just check out their desserts. A girl could gain a lot of weight here without blinking twice.

The restaurant wasn't very crowded when I met my siblings there, but it still took a long time for a cashier to ring us up and then for our sandwiches to be prepared. The lemon chicken orzo soup was good, I liked my chicken walnut salad on croissant sandwich, but my husband wasn't impressed with his club sandwich on ten grain bread. We ate the yummy chocolate chip cookies that came with our meal, but my hubby was still hungry. It was over $21 for our sandwiches and one bowl of soup. No drinks.

Service here was rather slow, considering there weren't very busy. The prices were rather high, and the food wasn't all that special. The best part of the meal was the cookie that came with the meal. There are other places like this that serve a much better meal, and are not as expensive.

We've been to few Paradise Bakeries out of state, and apparently quality control is all over the place. This location was awful. $7 for a cold bowl of Kraft mac n' cheese, over seasoning on the sandwiches, ratty kids running around, slow service, it was definitely a let down. As others have said there are far better options in the same genre near by.

I went here expecting a basic soup and sandwich place but to my surprise I came across multiple options beyond that including their very tasty quiche muffins. Go here expecting comfort food for a economical price and you won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend their tomato soup and also getting your sandwich grilled as they taste really good. Finish it up with their carrot cake which really is a legit carrot cake and you will have ended up with your appetite satiated without leaving a hole in your wallet Would definitely recommend this place for lunch and I give it a 4 star for its quick service, nice food and great ambience and of course how can I forget it their free WIFI!!!!

We visited last back in March 2015 and it wasn't our best experience. Whenever we are in town, we like to eat here because it is close to our hotel, we like the food, and it never seems to be busy. This time we went at dinner time on a Saturday evening and it was very pleasant. We enjoy that this place does not seem to get crazy busy when we visit. The food was great. My only complaint, this time, is they still seem to never get my wife's order correct. My wife is one of those people that customizes everything and, for some reason, Paradise can never seem to get it correct the first time. Other than that, we had a great visit this time and will come back again.

Well we didn't get sick so that's a plus. The kids ate their food too so that's another plus but beyond that I really wouldn't care if I never ate at a Paradise Bakery again in my life. There are so many competitors that do what Paradise does but soooo much better. Same type of food but heaps better, better friendlier service and faster service to name a few. I don't think I'll ever be back.

I wish I could give another 1/2 star. 3 is not quite enough but 4 felt like too many. Loved the turkey chili, loved the tomato soup, loved the chicken Caesar salad. Didn't so much love the tuscan chicken sandwich or the roast beef. The bread/rolls are amazing.

Not quite worth the price. I had a mixed green salad and could've made myself something exactly the same for one or two dollars with a Dole salad mix from the store.

I usually love my experience at Paradise Bakery. This time was different though. When we came in I thought I would try a different sandwich. While I was trying to read the different options the manager who was helping us kept sighing as I was deciding which sandwich. After I ordered he asked us if we wanted anything else but while his back was turned and I could hardly hear him. Just as we finished ordering our salads the cashier clear down at the end of the line started asking us for our yellow paper with our order before we even got to her. Basically they were all acting like it was super busy but we were the only ones in the line the whole time. When we went to sit down, none of the table had been cleaned off from other customers and we had to clear off the dishes to even sit down at any table. The food was great but the service this time was awful. When it comes to food, service is a huge part of the experience. Hopefully it won't be this way the next time I come in.

I'd never been to a Paradise Bakery & Cafe before... I'm not even sure they have them in my hometown of Seattle, WA. We went here while visiting Lehi for a family function this week... we were hungry and wanted to get inside to warm up... not looking for a gourmet meal or anything fancy. When we walked in the (manager?) greeted us with a wonderful smile, big hello and a little info on how things work there at Paradise (where you order which items, etc.) which was especially helpful for a Paradise virgin like myself. Though I could say he may have been overly enthusiastic - I appreciated his eagerness to make us feel welcome! The food was pretty good - the prices were fair and overall we were very satisfied. The restaurant was especially clean and our table was cleared right away for us whenever an empty plate appeared.

I came to Paradise Bakery specifically for the wi-fi. I chose them over McDonald's (no Starbucks in proximity) since they are a bit healthier. Mind you, I was the only customer in the entire place so I should have had above average service - or at least average. Ordered a half sandwich and salad. Asked for it to go. Walked to the register. A few employees looked at me but no one came to ring me up. Person who took my order brought it on plates - to stay. I sat down to work on some time sensitive things and couldn't get the wi-fi. I went and asked - and was told - "oh, it's down right now". Chick was kind of snotty about it too. Awesome. I paid $13 bucks for no wi-fi and crappy food. Food? The salad had good lettuce and that was it. I appreciated that it was green and in more manageable shreds. However, the croutons were inedible. I didn't know it was possible t screw up croutons. They were crazy salty and honestly, made me question if they were even made of bread. The chicken was also about the driest I've ever experienced. I took two bites and left the rest after realizing I would need a new drink for every bite. Sandwich was unremarkable - I question whether their "spread" was still good. So much for wi-fi or healthy and tasty food.

My wife is a Bread Addict and loves this place. I think its ok. The Breads are great and they give you a cookie with every meal. I do need to try the Breakfast and I will update when I do. They specialize in Sandwiches and salads.

Very clean and nice atmosphere. I was excited to try breakfast with my kids, but we didn't get here until 10:45 and breakfast was over. My kids were still happy getting the cinnamon rolls and muffins at the bakery and I had a poppyseed chicken salad which was very fresh and the chicken was very good. We got a few cookies for the car ride home and being an extremely picky person when it comes to cookies, these were awesome. Try the chocolate chip coconut. I will definitely visit again when in Utah.

Turkey and Cranberry on dark wheat - just right. Wifi makes it a great spot to work for a few hours.

I love the ambience here. You walk in and you think "fresh", both with regard to the food and to the feel of the restaurant. Its the type of place where you walk up to the counter, order your food, they make it for you quick and put it on your tray, you pay and sit down. I had a turkey sandwich and my wife got a chili and southwest-style salad. Again, the presentation looked great. The tableware is really stylish and my wife liked it so much she now wants a collection to match. Which brings me to the food, unfortunately. It looked great. I wanted to like it, I really did. The turkey sandwish was just that -- bread with turkey, tomatoes, and lettuce. It tasted like it sounds: boring. The chili did not taste fresh made. It tasted like it came from a can. It probably didn't actually come from a can, most restaurants know better than to do that nowadays, but it did not taste fresh. The "southwest" salad dressing had no flavor at all -- like mayonnaise with some flavorless red powder in it. However, both meals were served with a chocolate chip cookie, and those were absolutely delicious! I wanted to like this place because it is a fun place to eat. If only the food made it worthy, I would return in a heartbeat.

I visited this cafe while visiting family and friends. While waiting for my to go order, I observed staff to be disorganized and the ordering process was not efficient for to go orders. The soup has to be warmed up in the microwave. When it came time for me to pay for my order, the staff person left the register to respond to something else. I ended up leaving without my order. I did inform the manager about the concerns.

I won't be going back here anytime.. ever. I ordered the chicken walnut sandwich and I stopped eating it because it wasn't worth the calories. The bread was dry, that sandwich had way too much mayo and the lettuce was soggy. The description was spot on.. it was literally just chicken mayo and walnuts. The walnuts weren't even chopped, they were huge whole walnuts. It was overpriced for the sandwich I received. I didn't receive the cookie it supposedly came with either. I didn't say anything though, I'm sure if I had they would have done something about it. I don't mean to be rude.. but if you want a good sandwich, this isn't the place. Consider yourself warned.

Yummy food, NOT FOR FAMILIES. The kids meals here cost $4.50 which is pretty pricey compared to the average $3. When you are feeding 3 kids and a baby that adds up, especially when you are served your food and the kids 'grilled cheese sandwich' is HALF OF A SANDWICH. My 2 older children, who don't eat much compared to most, were still 'starving' after eating everything in their meals. I had to share my salad and sandwich with them. That's pretty frustrating after paying $30. I liked the feel of the place, but we will NEVER go there as a family ever again, which says a lot because we like to eat healthy even when we eat out, so our options are back down to Zuppas and Kneaders.... Also - the kids get a cookie but they don't get to choose what kind and the different varieties are on display at the register so that 's kind of annoying....
